Marrow on the Go is an entry-level experience to our fine-dining sister restaurant in Detroit’s West Village. Come on in and enjoy a number of hot and cold sandwiches made with our house-made meats, or get your mouth around our famous Marrow burger smash burger. We have a couple of staples, but our menu changes seasonally and is always chef-inspired!

Our shop is always cooking up delicious prepared food to go! We offer a number of pre-packaged meat options, pre-cooked dishes that just need to be warmed up, and a whole bunch of unique pantry items to complement everything from a sandwich lunch to a ribeye dinner. We also have a curated selection of boutique bottles of wine to-go.

Choose from our signature sandwich boxes featuring house-made classics like our Italian with sweet capicola and spicy beef salami, the Cuban with smoked ham and spiced root beer-braised pork, or our popular TBS with smoked turkey and Marrow beef bacon. For bigger groups, transform any sandwich into an impressive 18" party sub that feeds four.
Round out your spread with our artfully curated charcuterie boards featuring house-made meats and carefully selected cheeses, perfect for any occasion.
